Atlantic Research Center, LLC
A clinical trial or research study is a scientific process used to answer specific questions about new medications or new ways of using known therapies. The FDA and independent Institutional Review Boards carefully monitor all clinical research.
When deciding to participate in a clinical study, you will be given an Informed Consent Form which explains the entire study, what medications are being studied, procedures performed, and the people who will be involved in your care. Our patients are encouraged to bring the consent form home to discuss with family and our staff is available to answer any questions.
While participating in a research study, you will be provided with study related medical care at no cost to you. Qualified participants will receive compensation for their time and travel. If at any time a patient no longer wishes to participate they may withdraw consent and drop out of the study. Our staff is fully trained and sensitive to our patients needs.
